We know how hard it is and that is why we are here. That is why we stay, that is why we support and that is why we make ourselves visible. We do it for those who have come before us, for those still to come, and those who are here now. Lest our lives have been lived in vain.

The paths we have walked haven't always been easy.
They have been treacherous, challenging, pushed us way beyond our limits and soul-shattering.

Leaving us to search for the lost parts of ourselves, to piece it all back together.
The pieces won't ever fit the way they once did but it is still us, just different.
Maybe some bridges are broken, the road has been reclaimed by nature or eroded and crumbled away. 

We can mend them when we get to there!
